This 2 bed 2 bath bay view villa is remodeled. It boasts a king bed in the master with a bay view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The NEW 6 seat golf cart is a great way to explore the resort in style and see all it has to offer. You can use the cart tunnel to get to the beach, shop, dine, and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car!
This villa has beach chairs and beach toys for guest use.
The Heron Walk community is a very family-friendly neighborhood and is secure with the Resort's Security personnel.
This villa is also walking distance to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.

Great property and locationWent for a conference but brought my family. The view of the marsh from the back porch was amazing. Location is close enough to the wharf and pool. The golf cart when visiting Sandestin is a must, as we go every year and learned this early on. Glad we stayed here but be aware that there is a condo above this one so you may get some heavy footed neighbors.6/29/2024 at 6:07 PM - VRBO review

The place was perfect for our family vacation. Great amenities, close to everything. My kids loved the golf cart, beach time made for some peaceful naps because the kids were tired. Also, a major plus were the animals who would come visit from the marsh. Bunnies, turtles and birds. Definitely can’t wait to book next year.

Nice & cozy villa that had all the amenities we needed! Very clean. Comfortable bed in Master bedroom has a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of the bay. Plenty of cookware to cook up what your family wants. The 6 seater golf cart was the best and made getting around Sandestin and Baytown fun & convenient! The Grand Blvd is next door to Baytown & easy to get to in the golf cart or car.

Great stay!We had a great stay at this property. We go to Sandestin about twice a year and love the location and view from this unit. Also, the golf cart was by far the best we have used from all of our previous trips. The unit was clean, owner was very responsive and they had everything needed in the condo. Only thing was we could hear the people above when they walked around. We brought noise canceling machines for at night which did the trick to a good night sleep. The beds were so comfortable too!
