Loved the location and the condoWe were very impressed with this condo. Very clean and well furnished. Walking distance to Baytowne Wharf (shopping, dining, drinks etc). The view from all the rooms are spectacular! We will definitely return to this gem.8/6/2023 at 9:18 PM

Please have the housekeeping clean a little better.

We had a wonderful time in our condo. We had lots of space for everyone, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The floors were rather dirty, we all had black feet but other than that it was great

Family timeAbsolutely loved sitting outside on the patio...it was private and fun to watch the fish jump and turtles swim. A little gem we found was the rooftop bar at the Effie Hotel - within walking distance. Nicely furnished with plenty of room. Only thing that could be improved is a good washing of the tile floor.

Great place!Really nice place, walking distance to Baytown Warf, and marina. Beautiful well cared for area.

Overall we had a great time! Minor things: Front porch light out, wifi wouldn't stay connected.

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation at this property for the Memorial Day holiday. The unit was very clean, and the check in process was easy. It’s a short walk over to the many restaurants and activities of Baytowne, and the pool is conveniently located close by. We spent lots of time on the back covered patio area eating and relaxing while viewing the beautiful lake and golf course. The kids also enjoyed seeing the turtles constantly swimming by as well. It was a fun trip at a nice property in a well placed location. We’ll be back.

Great rental, clean, everything works fine, great location.

We were surprised when the condo was nicer than the pictures. Had just upgraded the furniture. And it was really laid out well and in a great location for walking to the tennis courts, marina and Baytown. Hope to stay here again aoon.

The rental ended up being a perfect place for us to stay. It fit 2 families very comfortably and had everything we needed. And there were several restaurants within walking distance. Great vacation!

Our family has stayed at this condo for several years now, and it is truly like a 2nd home. It is so comfortable and clean, and everything we need is right there. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Spacious and in a great location.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I needed a place that was dog friendly and with no steps. This condo was perfect! I loved the layout of the unit, the decorating and the view of the lake and the golf course was beautiful! The condo had everything needed during my stay and extras such as having an Amazon Echo. I also loved how it close it was to Baytown and had wonderful walking paths. I would love to come back and stay here again.

Our family and friends have stayed in Turnberry many times over the years. It is one of the near locations to tennis and Baytowne. We like the location and the layout of the properties. We were disappointed that no one gave us the heads up about roof construction over the entire two weeks. Next year I will need to ask.

This first floor condo was everything that was advertised. Spacious, clean and had all the amenities. We did have an unfortunate experience on our last day before we need to check out. The day before, Dave from Maintentance, came through the property with a water leak detection company. There was a water leak someplace. Anyway, the next day, a plumber from MQP was outside our front door digging up the sprinkler system. He said there was a leak in the system, no big deal. Our family was inside packing up, cleaning the kitchen, loading dishes and showering and all of a sudden.........there is no water in our condo. I go outside and the plumber has a gush of water all over the sidewalk. I asked if he turned off the water to work on the sprinkler and he said NO. Someone did so I called Maintenance and spoke to Dave again. He knew nothing about it and said he'd be right over. 40 min later he shows up after I found out the plumber broke the main water line coming into our condo. No chance of water to be turned on soon to finish the showers of all things. Bottles of water needed to be used and I didn't even get to shower before our 20 hour drive home. Not a good end to our trip and no resolution from Maintence/Have Travel Memories Vacations.
Again, the property was very nice and we would pick the location again. This issue was bad timing by the company doing the work.

Our stay in this rental was great. The location was perfect, near Bay Town and the space was more than ample. Kitchen was well stocked, views along the golf course and lake were very nice. We rented bikes and enjoyed easy access to many areas within Sandestin. Rental furniture needs sorely updating! Our biggest complaint was not being able to rent or have a GOLF CART! That would make a fabulous addition. Otherwise, this rental was definitely a great choice!

Kitchen is fully equipped & there is a charcoal grill, but it will not have cooking basics like salt & pepper, olive oil, coffee, etc. A Publix is close by to get essentials. Would stay here again.

The townhome was great for two couples. Fit our needs perfectly. Only problem was the code to get in did not work. However, one call to the property management company and it was corrected promptly.

overall, very nice beach vacation. only comlaint was the large number of umbrellas set up on the beach by the sandestin folks. The condo was great.

All was good except broken down mattress in master bedroom, we slept in other bedrooms but did all other out of master bathroom and closet. Was a little unhandy but someone needs to check out the mattress and get it replaced. We would definitely rent this unit again.

eveything was great. Only complaint is neighbors that let their dogs out to do their business and they are not on a leash and they do not pick up their mess.

We will definitely rent this place again!
