The Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort not only boasts the best beach but four World Class Golf Courses and this home has a view of one of them. This home has one 6 passenger golf cart included. You can upgrade and have a 2nd 6 person cart as well. You will be located with-in steps of the pool and club house. This home will allow small dogs, preferably hypo-allergenic.

This year several new family recreation venues have been added from Zip Lines in the Village to dining and shopping at Grand Boulevard.
The Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort has a private beach, 4 championship golf courses and over 13 world-class tennis courts. There are miles of bike riding and jogging trails throughout the resort with a lighted tunnel under the highway for total resort access. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a small problem with a faulty smoke detector (fortunately, it was during the day and not in the middle of the night). The management company was very responsive and came to fix it twice.
Highly recommend staying here. Loved that it was pet friendly! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation

Everything about the place was awesome, super clean and the bedrooms were all nice sizes. We had 8 guests in our group and each person was accommodated for. The only issue we had was with one golf cart (we rented both of them). The dark blue one died several times when it was on full battery. We think one of the outlets that it was plugged into wasn’t working, or that it has a faulty battery. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

we had a wonderful week at 1366 Laurel Grove. Beautiful spacious home in a perfect setting. We had parents, children, grandchildren, and siblings visit during the week. What a wonderful week is sunny Florida.
